Dear Sirs,
1. I had intended on attending a meeting should you call for evidence from the public concerning Canada's future. Your timing is later than what I could attend and is perhaps due to the present government's high handed treatment of parliamentary procedures. My explanation is contained in an email sent to the Health Minister's Office saying that I am investigating a cold case murder over the next few months.
2. In any event, I am living 175 yards / meters from a Bell Cell Tower in Southcott Pines Park / Grand Bend / Lambton Shores and find that after many years of good health the cell tower is now affecting my health adversely as far as a human being of reasonable scientific intelligence can tell (hearing, tinnitus, sense of balance, temperament / amygdala stimulation, energy) and that of natural life in the neighbourhood (easily observable bird, squirrel, bee behaviours).
3. The science of bio electrical influences in protecting me and my family is inadequate or deliberately delayed by scientists in Canada and has become a serious moral and science problem for this country and it's provinces.
4. The Southcott Pines Park Association people who illegally and fraudulently decided on the tower without consultation of local residents and without respect for human and natural life as provided for legally in our contract with the Southcott Pines Park Association do not live so close to the tower and some have have investments with Bell or were former employees of Bell and sold before the tower decision was made. Some people more in the 'know' moved before the tower decision was made. Capitalising of profit from the deaths and changes due to the polluting effects of the cell tower are most clearly immoral earnings that the laws or science of compensatory economics of Canada, the provinces nor the municipality do not presently address.
5. Nor are the health insurance provisions of the nation or the provinces adequately capitalised to cover the individual health costs that are detectably and arising but as yet hidden from the keepers of the national and insurance purses but yet are arguably associated with EMF radiation falling disproportionately on individuals across the country and in my neighbourhood. People who have private insurance coverage are scared shitless that they will lose coverage because insurance companies follow Canadian government guidelines and doctors and practitioners will lose their employment if they speak out.
6. We live a country of immense fear corruption and intolerance that goes measured because of the stiff Canadian lip. It is like the mafia of cronyism has overtaken the nation and dictated that the weakest will suffer most. In short the country is sliding into a very deep hole of depression and wickedness the likes of which will be very difficult to resolve if not tackled by a few brave souls who would be scientific states-people.
7. The potential of science of economics, invention, technological innovation, industrial development processes is being lost / bypassed in Canada through inadequate provisioning, interference, neglect and ignorance. In my opinion as a former expert to the O.E.C.D. in such matters as affecting health provisioning, Canada's scientific and technological potentials is being seriously damaged by its extraordinary neglect of basic science and discoveries obvious to many laypeople, but denied because of confabulations by those capitalising for profit on the misfortunes of others who because of the disposition of archaic legal and governmental authorities used to damage the scientific base and development in communities all across the country do not allow ordinary people to protect themselves residential wise, health wise, employment wise, nor economic wise. The net result is an extraordinary shift in wealth and income towards those who would do most damage to the health of Canadian citizens and who profit disproportionately from inadequate health provisioning.
Sorry, I can't contribute because of the way the Royal Society of Canada is being manipulated by those with wealth and power.
It is increasingly difficult to live in a country that is so undemocratic and from which I have departed from in the past because it could not solve basic racial issues and human rights, and could see myself again leaving for lands better endowed in the humanity arts. At least, I can temporarily leave this country to escape the pollution of its many numerous damaging cell towers, but I have close neighbours who are before my eyes trapped and dying because of non-scientific bullshit coming from the telecommunications industry.

I will unfortunately be abroad investigating a cold case murder under suspicious circumstances and won't be available for several months.
Unless the people reviewing the standards are complete idiots, they will at least put Canada on the map as science and evidence based and modestly democratic, though the experience of the past few years should shock every one of my former colleagues and family friends at the United Church of Canada, the O.E.C.D., Canada's, Department of External Affairs, Statistics Canada, the N.B.E.R., the N.I.H., Barclays Bank PLC, the Bank of England, the Department of Applied Economics, Cambridge, the Canadian Anti-Terrorist Tactical Forces, C.I.D.A., the UK Atomic Energy Authority, the Bank of Canada and the I.M.F.!
