Complaint to SPPA and Declaration of a Green Zone and Assertion of Equivalence Rights to Construct a Beautiful Non Polluting Cellular Tower on my property
I include people in my mail out who have moved away before the next house price collapse, which I estimate at 42 percent unless we, Canada, proactively invite in cheap labour from developing countries, people with more tolerant rainbow and pollution attitudes.

This is my message:
Sleep deprivation. I have reached my tolerance limit! What I have tolerated over six years, I will no longer tolerate, light and noise pollution, particularly gas powered lawn mowers and saws at night and during certain times of day, or during my personal religious observation periods (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Anything creating noise or disturbing my peace, I will no longer be tolerant of. Shouting and ruckass, fireworks, smoke, firearms, use of chemicals and wasters of energy!
I will no longer be tolerant of people wearing clothes that reveal deep psychological or dysfunctional issues.
I will no longer be tolerant of visible real estate advertising despoiling my neighbourhood and request that all such signs be removed. Oh hell, all advertising should be forbidden. The signs on the road near the clubhouse should go. I am no longer tolerant of them and might react like a crazy man who is experiencing sleep deprivation or nasty neighbourhood syndrome.
Oh hell, the whole park should be declared a walking, cycling area and a multistory carpark constructed at the clubhouse using government subsidies.
I request that no loud meetings be held within 500 meters of my home, and that all meetings planned in the future within that distance be cancelled forthwith, immediately. Such meetings will not be tolerated!
I do not want people arguing in my neighbourhood and protest any allowance of such behaviour.
I request that no gambling nor games of chance, or bridge or euchre be conducted nearby that might lead to addictive health issues and debauchery!
I am against noisy or nosey women and children,.... Parents must stop their infants running too fast or even playing in the park which you have very wisely declared a noise free zone.
I do not want men displaying their breasts in the neighbourhood, nor nobbly knees. Have your sensibilities ever been assalted by what people locally display publically? Yuch!
I will not be tolerant of old men who go around with the bellies on dusplay or flies undone.
I do not want anyone to peeping-Tom near 500 meters my house or spit nearby.
All vehicles in the neighbourhood should have annual safety and emission tests before entering our neighbourhood. I have been tolerant of this laxity of standards in the past, but really is a violation of good practice! All brakes and mufflers should be examined by a saftey patrol going home to home!
I might plan to have free range egg laying chickens, wild turkey and may start feeding deer, coyotes, foxes and will encourage restoration of beaver habitat. I may protect and grow poison oak and ivy! I may have bee hives. I just don't know what I might do given this reinvention of my attitude.
I may no longer be tolerant of non-natural light.
I want a weight restriction imposed on walkers. A limit of no people over 300 lb on soft or sandy surfaces in the neighbourhood because of potential damage to worms and ants might be suitable.
I will try to be more tolerant of rattle snakes, raccoons, cockroaches and bed bugs. Perhaps, feeding some of them and support raccoons!
This is to file a complaint about night light pollution near my home. I give notice that I will no longer be tolerant of night lights on adjacent properties at night affecting my sleep. Accordingly, I am requesting that all, ALL night lights near my home be motion detector based and LED. Furthermore, I want to see a timetable of notifications and action.
I will not be tolerant of pollution coming within my home from external sources, such as antenna broadcasts for which I myself cannot have equivalence, such as constructing a pollution free broadcast tower in my back yard equivalent to that which might be located on Southcott Pine Park Association property to pay for what remains of my old age. Since there is no risk of hurting my neighbours through new antennas I reserve the right to put very tall and safe antennas on all my ten oak and pine trees to serve the boaters. They will be invisible and safe and since they, as you assert, won't be restricted, I will arrange for their silent inobtrusive installation by experts or relatives in the CIA adept at installing broadcasting, information dissemination and state of the art security spying technology to follow any heat and waste threats posed by neighbours who might disguise themselves as friends, but harbour dangerous addictive processing habits.
This is not something that I will compromize on! I will assert myself and my right to have a good night's sleep and noise free environment on an increasing scale. I will file further complaints about noise in due course, with suggestions on how to reduce it to natures level over time, as it was when only naturevwas here!
As an aside, I will not tolerate anything within 500 meters of my home that has been proven to kill bees! In addition, I will not tolerate anything being put on grass in my personal area of influence that might pollute the water underneath! In addition, I will be intolerant of anything in traditional park lands that is known to affect rare species, such as motorized vehicles. In addition, I will not tolerate vehicles passing my home faster than what is safe for my squirrels.
I declare that I will not be intolerant of people walking their dogs on the beach, of dog pee and poop and of any lax enforcement of schedule A provisions or any deviant behavior, such as drinking and partying within 500 meters of my home.
I am considering the question of consumption of alcohol on the beach and will possibly request a safe walking provision on local roads and a safe cycling provision.
I am declaring a green zone for the area 500 meters around my cellular towers and antenna and will no longer be tolerant of anything that is scientifically been shown to have a negative impact!
Of course, that does not include cellular towers, which as you know and I have heard people assert rather loudly are totally totally safe and free of issues and require no consultation whatsoever of people in the neighbourhood!!
This is my due process notification which is legally expected of a good neighbour sensitive the emotional issues of neighbours and those that have environmental concerns. The silent people, you know the ones I mean!
