Text or dictate! It's a matter of using your brains while driving!

Why text using your fingers when there are really good apps that will type what you say? Laws could suggest corrective positive actions becausewhen you tell someone not to do some thing you really do crete the urge in them to do it! Would that poliicians were better psychologists?
