Lawrence is not afraid to argue the case that we need not worry about global warming? He reminds me of Minister Paradis who fought hard to continue exports of asbestos to India!

Chrisopher Booker Of the Telegraph doubts growing evidence of global warming ... Do you?

Will you have to scratch the Telegraph off your list of informative sources? Will you appear as brain dead to thinking people?

Christopher Booker of the Daily Telegraph argues that there is no reason to worry about global warming. In many respects, his attitude misses the mark. We are not really being hit by warming so much as a growth in temperate climate change, which is highly visible. Such change means the variations in temperature range have increased.

Nevertheless, the big reason for policy change should be to diversify energy sources so that the world is not so dependent on oil, gas and products from within the earth that pollute.

As humankind spreads into every oriface of the globe, it eliminates competitive life.

Christopher may be writing to expand sales of the telegraph, but his attitude and focus is misplaced which is why people dump the Telegraph to be better informed. the Telegraph should be better informed of real policy demands brewing in the background that the stock market and climate change naysayers seem to be bent on misinterpreting....

Prison Planet.com » Infowars Confronts Bill Gates on Paralyzing Vaccine Program in India

What a skew if site! Infowars is too too extreme! Who funds this rubbish?

This agenda of some news broadcasters, such as prison planet and infowars, who must have loads and loads of money, is pretty suspect. Prison planet sponsors stuff that begs belief being so far off the wall as to be crass destructive sensationalism. The less time one spends viewing their words the less time one will spend in psyche wards!

Have a look and you decide. Essentially, Bill gates is put forward as some form of monster! That is totally inconsistent with reasoned logic of normal people, but unfortunately weak minds and the community of thinkers with problem imagining sink holes gravitate towards irrational concepts such as put forward by infowars, whoever they represent? Nevertheless, it is important to question even the best contributors to positive developments in societies!

Bill Gates' classroom of the future - Mar. 8, 2013

Bill thinks there is a role for technology, but his vision suits technology training more than the social sciences which require loads of persuasion, interaction and discussion. My vision is somewhat different from Bill's. I would see the students giving lectures with the prof as a leader and have greater two way communication with loads of people interacting! There would be more group projects and shared critique as in an arts class. In the end it is courses for horses!

The Internet User's Best Kept Secret

Sketches from scratches is a provocative blogspot that has grown out of the Wuh Lax experience. It is eclectic, which means that it might consider just about anything from the simple to the extremely difficult. A scratch can be something that is troubling me or a short line on paper. From a scratch comes a verbal sketch or image sketch of the issue or subject. Other sites have other stuff that should really be of interest to the broad reader. I try to develop themes, but variety often comes before depth. ... more!
