Obama's Libya Speech: Reason for U.S. Intervention Clear - Swampland - TIME.com

The beauty of President Obama over the previous man is that he talks and acts a different diplomatic language. We all got so used to George Bush's way that we forgot how bloody awful it was and how poorly it reflected on America as a leader. Now, Obama has far more moral authority than the previous administration and has a scope for creative diplomacy which means the outcome can be defined in warlike, as well as, peace like terms.

We worried that America would get it wrong this time, but there is maturity in the Liberal President. We all would like to think Gaddafi will go quietly and we hate to see him kill innocents. What is tragic is that we have a war at all and it is reluctantly that we should go to war. In the end, Gaddafi can be worn down by his inability to appreciate the subtitles of a modern world in which his ideas are seen as terrible reflections of a poor education and a poor upbringing. In our global world, we expect more from our leaders and we deserve more. Obama shines while Gaddafi inhabits hell! Sic! So be it!

Sketches from scratches is a provocative blogspot that has grown out of the Wuh Lax experience. It is eclectic, which means that it might consider just about anything from the simple to the extremely difficult. A scratch can be something that is troubling me or a short line on paper. From a scratch comes a verbal sketch or image sketch of the issue or subject. Other sites have other stuff that should really be of interest to the broad reader. I try to develop themes, but variety often comes before depth. ... more!
