Don't be so stupid! Rogers view is so much utter rubbish! Why would anyone think the countries in that group would be even close to compatible for exchange rate harmony? Like China would link itself to a loser economy such as Russia. Does not make an economic or exchange rate sense. Have you looked at the IMF SDR valuations for these currencies over the last twenty years? Russia needs to be independent. If one were to invest in this group, heaven help with the losses later on. Give us a break. Brazil would be best advised to run a million miles an hour the other direction.
