There is not much intelligent people do not miss.
This guy Al Gore is a failure because he did not become President of the United States. He had his chance and he failed. The logic can even go on to the thing with the voting machines and the Supreme Court proved Al was trying to cheat us. The Supreme Court showed us Al is a cheater because he lost and tried to take the presidency away from Geoge Bush. What a loser! He is not one of us and is pretty well off without our daily struggle for existence.
Is that why we can dispute him?
I like the 'stupid' (Yes! I used a bad word) excuse that Al has a hidden agenda. To some there is credence given to the idea that he is lining his pockets and making life more difficult for us by being a pain in the but. Look at all the money he is making from his book, which is capitalizing on scaremongering. Don't you see that? They insist.
In this world you can be your brothers keeper and there is nothing wrong with that either in liberalism, conservatism, communism, pluralism, democracy, fundamentalism! You should look after the interests of your neighbors as well as yourself. If you see a fire in the distance it is appropriate to say something about it, loud and clear!
So some people see the Gore message on the environment as an exaggeration to bolster Al Gore's ego and income. He, they say, has dangerous liberal ideas, and liberal you know must not get confused with Fundamental.
Is Al 'Fundamentally' wrong? Not in my book. He is in my book fundamentally right. He may use shocking facts to stir your thoughts, but that's what my mum and dad did to protect me. No, he's not your image of a father, and that's the point. Al comes across as a Dad telling us off. He is a prophet of the modern age. A Moses that builds an arc that we don't see as necessary?
Having earned a degree in political science from A first rate university, I am sure Al Gore's politics are biased towards the middle income population irrespective of religion, fundamentalism, and whatever? So what is the problem with Al?
Is he too stiff? Bush seemed stiffer in many respects. Did he propose wrong headed ideas? Bush was asleep at the helm for years, which is much worse?
Would Al not have made a good president? Where would America be had Al been President? Perhaps, just perhaps, we would have avoided the mess America has experienced under the leadership of George.
Who really won the election in Florida. Just ask yourself and ponder the consequences. Review the history and reexamine whether Al might not have become the better President, had he the chance.

Time is, was and will be. Without time we would not be. What a load it has to carry! Time seems eternal! You might even ask whether cycles in time exist? If so read Roger Penrose's book on new attitudes in physics towards possible "Cycles in Time".
