Syria's Chemical Weapons Attack: Key Facts

Russian President Putin Rejects Syria Chemical Weapons Accusations as 'Utter Nonsense' - Page 1

Putin is nothing but a shyster like so many dictatorial individuals!  No one in Russia really cares about Syria using chemical weapons because they have the excuse that Putin supplies! He has evolved to be just as big a monster as the dictator of Syria he supports?

Russians' false claims hurt peace process leading to more than 1,400 killed in Syrian chemical weapons attack

Russians are obvious liars caught with their pants down aiding a criminal dictatorial racist regime stained to the neck in the blood of innocents!  You now know who to believe!  Between Russia and America there is no contest. Russia has become complicit with evil!

HSBC London asks over 40 diplomatic missions, including PNG, to close bank accounts - United Kingdom - News - Islands Business magazine

Transparency and openness in finance is the real issue.

If PNG was asked to close its bank accounts, it suggests there is a corruption issue.

Multinational banks are the conduit for corruption and dirty money and should be regularly audited by an international banking regulatory commission.

There should be far more transparency in banking with perhaps publication of all international transactions over a certain amount to a regulatory authority so that those that monitor such transactions can see who is corrupt and what movements of money are suspicious.

Perhaps, in the future the rules of the money payment game should be changed permanently towards greater transparency so that everyone can see exactly who is getting paid how much for what! The hypocrisy of governments acting on behalf of their people should be eliminated by greater scrutiny of money flows that represent power exchanges.

Canadian communications firms need foreign competition

Price gouging and a horrendous list of abuses by Canadian firms justifies a complete opening up of the market to foreign entrants. So many abuses in such a short period of time.

Industry Canada should get out of the way and allow for local communities to have a bigger say in the development of the industry.

Canadians are tired of abuses by Canadian firms and the Federal regulators helping them.

These laws are evolving and states that have and use chemical weapons should be prosecuted, but they are not! Why not? It's about time international laws on use of chemical weapons treated states and people using such weapons as terrorist states, which obviously they are. Who is calling the pot black?

Sketches from scratches is a provocative blogspot that has grown out of the Wuh Lax experience. It is eclectic, which means that it might consider just about anything from the simple to the extremely difficult. A scratch can be something that is troubling me or a short line on paper. From a scratch comes a verbal sketch or image sketch of the issue or subject. Other sites have other stuff that should really be of interest to the broad reader. I try to develop themes, but variety often comes before depth. ... more!
