Fears of London property bubble as house prices rise at fastest rate in three years - London - News - London Evening Standard

If you were a complete idiot you would think like Osborne. There is so much liquidity in the system that a recycle is INEVITABLE, and if anything like the Thailand bubbles be more spectacular than that of the earlier bubble recession / depression. It will make the 1930's seem like a picnic because no policy adopted so far treats the real issues of maturity mismatch and the bad capitalization of banks worldwide.

So be like Osborne and make the worst mistake of your career!

Waste in Fossil Fuel Discovery. The World is an Addict and there are no 12 Steps to Recovery!

Governments have not taken the bull by the horns. They have allowed it to destroy the shop. There seems to be more money to be made destroying earth than saving it? So earth as a nice place is going faster than you think! Prepare for the worst of all political, social and economic scenarios in which most people fail and a very few succeed spectacularly. Brave new world has arrived! The average among us will live impoverished lives. Gadgets and spectacularly high density curved flat screen TVs won't solve real issues. They will only increase the numbness that people experience as they pay off their debts so a few can get filthy rich lording it over everyone else. Yes! The mathematics is not kind.

Chuck Hagel: clean energy capability makes US Army 'stronger fighting force'

The US is now capable of fighting environmentally cleaner wars?

Unfortunately Charney does not have the basic understanding of banking and open economy economics needed to be an effective Bank of England governor.

King was not much better. He, however, had a better balance. Fact is that the UK is sliding rapidly into instability because of its openness to the world economy and its failure to even begin a reform of the banking system. Yes! We will see a repeat of the world financial disasters that have plagued this post 2000 period. This time the UK could be at the centre of instability. Someone trained our young economists to be dunces and to think that society itself being socially parasitic was acceptable. Or, is it just Cameron / Osborne forgetting how stupid Thatcher's money market banking system Big Bang reforms were when viewed as a social dynamic. We now see the consequences of bad structural reforms of a banking system that was working forty years ago in a socially benign way but now acts as a social parasite destructive of all the values society needs to succeed.

Why housing bubbles are so dangerous, as in the Philippines / UK

They are ultimately a precursor to the breakdown of fragile peaceful social fabrics that take generations to create. As neighbour goes to economic war with neighbour in maturity mismatching crated by monetary excesses underlying a housing bubble, it becomes more acceptable to view extremes such as genocide as social norms.

The extreme view becomes the norm because there are no more standards of decency left.  More that housing values are destroyed by society at soar with itself in the dynamics of a housing bubble.

Governments create these problems as they try to sort out personal problems that become translated into social problems. Realise that in a housing and stock market bubble, society is an addict! Realise too that the bubble is almost always a result of maturity mismatch in which the bankers involved yet senior in their field really do not understand the underlying mathematics of banking and credit creation. In other words social war is preventable.

Society moves to the extreme right?

Carney has concerns the UK housing market is already out of control and he does not have the monetary instruments necessary to dampen demand.

The London housing market operates like the gold market being fueled by uncertainties in countries where banking systems of economies are corrupt.

War seen as a new way to conduct business rather than trade in a world where people see no future

The world is sliding into war, so we all better get battle gear on and train to kill? Ridiculous as it may seem, it is on the future path that I predicted in 2004 for world war by 2023. Are we seeing an inexorable timetable to create killing fields that is stronger than human initiative to redirected aggressive energies and that results from demographics and bank debt creation more than politics? The world needs a sedative it does not yet have.

Is man up to the challenge of controlling the urge for banks to create war debt? Can governments succeed in maintaining a relative world peace or will the spoilers tip the table over and have a good old style bash at killing their friends and neighbours?

Biden the peacemaker in an inter generational role between two proud nations China and Japan. It's so rediculous now that even Scotland and England can't see they must get on together?

Have you noticed the build up of international tensions that are a direct aftermath of peaceful coexistence for generations and the emergence of new younger generations that have forgotten their very very very ordinary mortality.

George Bush was not interested in THE peace. He had Iran typecast as an evil empire.

Most scientists believe in man-made global warming. Here's a new reason why they may be wrong – Telegraph Blogs

Interesting concepts emerge in this article by Sean Thomas, link below.

The author does not really consider the opposite effect that for certain phenomena space/time results in more and more verification. Maybe the missing element is in the role that we ask science to play in a world that is evolving into / devolving from greater and greater complexity and structure / more and more chaos driven sub systems.

Is non linearity frustrating science? Obviously, the playing field is not even / flat. Proof is relative and can often be purchased by the wealthy, those in control. Does the tree fall if science never studies / observes it? The wealthy feel that it is enough to bend reality to their model, but they can more easily make profit by only allowing others to see what they want to show. Does pollution happen? No, it us a phenomenon of the left field.

Having studied knowledge, science, invention, and innovation, I would say that much science is relative. If you forget time / space your science is temporary theorising. It's important now to add that what works in one place in space time may not work in another. This is the modern dilemma that even the best most convincing results for a theory may neglect the tipping point, or as I would say, "Bad science is linear science." Bayesian method rules.... Personally, I think when we look at the life cycle of whole systems we are into a new world that our best science has yet to match by method.

Add to that the pollution coming from refraction / reflection / absorption of EMF off weak molecules / minerals in living systems and the subsequent alterations to their DNA and you have a pretty nasty cocktail. The profits people make from pollution is indeed our worse modern enemy.

Bank of England Governor Mark Carney finds RBS allegations 'deeply troubling and extremely serious'.

RBS is a serious problem for the UK tax payer, a black hole of issues. It would seem the bank is a vulture of small business, a self serving bank monstrosity acting in a parasitic way towards small business. Does it beggar belief? Has anything changed in UK banking morality and governance. No....no....no....

Bankers' Pay, Surprise, Things In A Market Are Worth What The Markets Say, Not What Politicians Do - Forbes

So says a Forbes bloggist.  Bankers would, however, face ruin without the massive credit that is created for them by the banking system. In other words bankers never had it so easy and it could be all up hill from here. Markets are merely the reflection of bad policies that give many banks and bank officers something for doing bugger all.

It is eclectic, which means that it might consider just about anything from the simple to the extremely difficult. A scratch can be something that is troubling me or a short line on paper. From a scratch comes a verbal sketch or image sketch of the issue or subject. Other sites have other stuff that should really be of interest to the broad reader.
