None of these issues are been dealt with adequately and apart from Obama most leaderships don't seem to have clue, while he himself is constrained by ignorance and opposition around him ... thwarting needed policy changes on the use of energy, the role of money supply growth and the artificial stock market valuation disjointed from real income growth, and the need to curb hedge funds ..
