I do not agree with a word this author linked writes, but its good to read stupid stuff sometimes to realize how smart one really is to disagree with someone else's analysis.

Often high debt is an indication of solid investment proving the usual criteria for investment were followed. I have to assume much Quebec investment was not evaluated properly or the returns went to the wrong people. Is this the same story as Ontario investment? Is the Quebec story unique?
