Yellowstone Wolves

Hi Diane,

A while back I sent to you a short video on the impact of wolves on the natural life and topography of Yellowstone Park. The link is below to refresh your memory of this wonderful development.

I traveled on to Montana where the golden eagle, the gold haired wolf and the gold feather had particular significance for me and brought back memories of adventures in the 1960's at Wolf Creek. 

That science has established a promising niche for the wolf in this region is quite heartening despite the obvious fears of farmers for livestock. 

I found Yellowstone extraordinarily active and the scientists I met did not diminish the idea that something extraordinary is taking place beneath the surface there. Getting out of Yellowstone was problematic because the recent earthquakes had messed up the north entry. 

There is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbows here.
