"Zurich - Swiss banks have suffered from a massive outflow of funds since 2008, a survey said on Friday, squeezed by an international crackdown on tax evasion."

The business was essentially corrupt feeding on the misery of poor people needing the help tax dollars provide. Multinationals involved were corrupt to the core, though their lawyers plead otherwise. Playing a game of 'catch me if you can' is corruption and criminal.
