One up on yankee doodle? 

Obviously, a brilliantly inspired decision by a central Russian Committee with a big big head of naught.... To make it effective just invade another country and claim its ports as a serious part of your gambling casino project. Then buy a vote to make it legitimate after the fact. Heh! This has been tried before. It is called stealing? There's also the serious question of Napoleonic bullying on the scale of ancient conflicts with Tzar Putin the crowned King of Naught. 

Misunderstanding of economics here, but heh its a comment of Russian experts in economics, where monopoly is the golden rule?


Don't rush your best ideas. Grow them....
