Three Expensive Milliseconds to be shaved even more to make the rich richer

By the same token a huge fortune is being spent on a wireless maxed out network from Chicago to New York that makes milliseconds seem slow. Attempt is to communicate as close to speed of light as possible. Fibre optics near the speed of light is too too slow for these people? 

Problem is one of corruption of the market process to give comparative advantage to self seeking banking groups...
