David Cameron's threats of military action on Syria broke international law, claim Manchester professors | Mancunian Matters

These laws are evolving and states that have and use chemical weapons should be prosecuted, but they are not! Why not? It's about time international laws on use of chemical weapons treated states and people using such weapons as terrorist states, which obviously they are. Who is calling the pot black?
