Cooper: Don’t bother looking for root causes of terrorism

I do not agree with Cooper's nonsense position!

Terrorists operate in groups and we are further ahead now in understanding motivation, but a lot has to do with tragic impact of badly designed foreign policies such as in the case of the Irish, Quebec, Algeria,  Chechnya, or Palestine. 

Canada has badly designed foreign policies and should expect terrorists to be actively operating against Canada. 

Terrorists always have root issues and to deal with the probability of a terrorist attack it is necessary to deal with the facts, not stupid or vacant attitudes from people like Cooper!
