The net health effects of mobile phones | BMJ

Chapman successfully argues that in the short term at least cell phones have net health benefits in emergency situations. These benefits would seem to outway the negative aspects of cell phones in creating cancers in Chapman's view.

Chapman's pragmatic approach has merit, but does not help those damaged by cell phone radiation.
