Compensating those who die prematurely from a disease arising from living or being too close to a cellular antenna

I am not one of those who would deny that there is no problem.

You just can't do something that people say is risky and expect them to absorb all the risk. If you take a course of action that exposes others to risk then you should be willing to compensate them when things really do go awry.

You could think that you could buy insurance for those exposed to the risk. what if there is no insurance or the premiums are too high?

You coud ask that no one make a decision on your behalf without first consulting you.

Deciding what the insurance should cover is tricky. It should in the case of a broad spectrum source cover every illness that could possibly be attributed to the broad spectrum.

In theory then the insurance costs should be paid for by those who benefit from a cellular antenna, but those near the tower of antennas are not willing participants. They might benefit, but they are unwilling beneficiaries.

From a scratch comes a verbal sketch or image sketch of the issue or subject. Other sites have other stuff that should really be of interest to the broad reader. I try to develop themes, but variety often comes before depth. ... more!
