French Women 'Stunned' By Public Misogyny Following DSK's Arrest

Quite right! If, and it still is an if, DSK is guilty of the alleged serious crimes, he deserves punishment. What mystifies the public is the very real possibility he is innocent. Under he law, he is still innocent and yet the images we see of DSK would have us believe that he is guilty. It is human nature from the time that we lived in caves, that humans demand proof. If we didn't, then, it would make justice very difficult. It is also human nature to speculate and be biased. The American legal system has at it's disposal forensics. The readers have at their disposal imagination and logic. We assume that 12 jurors are sufficient fo justice and it will be interesting to watch justice unfold and the cultural attitudes towards this and that fact emerge. Behind it all, we have both DSK and the cleaning lady suffering even more as the process will drag on for years!
