The Unspoken Moral Imperative For Intervention in Libya by United Nations Security Council Resolution or Without Such a Resolution

Give the thinking person a break!

Colonel Gaddafi is a lying maniac who has invaded and killed his own country and people. Can you deny that fact.

Paying mercenaries to kill your own people is very much like invasion by an outside force. It is use of foreign, non residents to invade and capture land and buildings and people who are residents. It is an invasion and should be counted as that, which it most definitely is!

Why is the world so slow to stop the invasion of Libya by Colonel Gaddafi? Is it to protect it's oil interests or trading relationships.

Funny that identifiable countries have not spoken out against this invasion by colonel Gaddafi. They are protecting their interests in an invasion. They are helping with the rape of Libya by foreign interests. Who are these countries who do not speak out against Colonel Gaddafi's invasion of Libya?

Take a vote!

The World has seemingly watched helplessly or sleepily as Colonel Gaddafi employed mercenaries from other countries to fight and kill the freedom fighters of Libya, yes freedom protestors are freedom fighters.

Why does the world tolerate this jack ass that allows mercenary gunman to kill his own people? Who knows?

Now, Colonel Gaddafi has invaded his own country using foreign mercenaries. Is this not already a foreign intervention? Is this not already an invasion of Libya by a foreign force? Does this not constitute a military intervention by a foreign force that is killing freedom demonstrators in Libya? Has Libya not already been invaded?

The idea that anyone could criticize a military solution to the invasion of Libya by Gaddafi's mercenary army of a mixture of Libyans and foreign troops from other countries is absurd. Of course, the country of Libya needs to have help from Gaddafi and his paid foreign army.

If the United States President employed foreigners to invade United States, there would be no question that other countries would be morally bound to assist the United States against the President of the United States.

I know it's an unusual situation, but the fact remains that foreign intervention, paid by Gaddafi, has already tipped the scales of an otherwise democratic process towards a military conflict and potential bloody war situation. The fact that the world sat/sits back and did/does nothing to help local Libyans fight this invading army of Colonel Gaddafi's is quite telling.

Colonel Gaddafi is the great pretender. He claims to be Libyan, yet uses foreign troops to kill Libyans.

The plain fact is that Colonel Gaddafi is now, in effect, a foreign invader of Libya and needs to be stopped immediately.
