Why all the Water in Australia?

We are so sorry for what has happened in Australia. This is too much.

Waking up to the realization that your home has been inundated by flood waters is no joke and it takes years to get over the tragedy of the loss.

What is happening that so much rain fell on North East Australia over such a long period?

What are the implications and what more can the world community do to help natural disaster victims?

We are all vulnerable to unexpected and violent change, not matter how prepared we may think that we are; drought, flood, sunamis, mudslide, tornado, hurricane, avalanche, meteorite, comet, wind storm, earthquake, fire storm, cosmic rays, solar blasts, green house effects, rising water tables, melting ice, melting permafrost, volcanic eruption, and many other sources of instability.

Time is, was and will be. Without time we would not be. What a load it has to carry! Time seems eternal! You might even ask whether cycles in time exist? If so read Roger Penrose's book on new attitudes in physics towards possible "Cycles in Time".
