Traceability rule represents big adjustment for food industry

Companies should give sophisticated allergen information and be required to state whether the food product has been subject to genetic engineering and state what pesticides, herbicides, and poisons were exposed to the product. This seems like a lot, but really is something people should know and care about. The age of closing the eyes to bad effects of food needs to come to a close because we are watching these things much more closely and could ask others to help in safety.
