While America spends more dollars, other countries want to spend less, but are getting caught up in what could become a 1973-76 style world inflation resulting from a flight from dollars and a push to grab energy resources. Many countries have too much liquidity and seek to reduce inflationary risks without encouraging deflationary risks.
