‘Gluten-free’ doesn’t mean it’s healthier - The Globe and Mail

I beg your pardon. Gluten free probably does mean its without the worst food source known to man, wheat! 
I get satisfaction from knowing that from the BC health inspectors of 150 years ago. Nothing has changed, but the money has to made so people get sick.

Wheat has been so adulterated as to be very dangerous to your health.

In my case, it would probably kill me if I had wheat again. It can take years off your life.

Gluten free offerings are just that trials to see what we can survive on. Obviously, you can kill yourself with non wheat products, so the title of the Globe and Mail article is quite moronic.
