So global warming /climate change may not be all that bad?  

The politics of efforts to mitigate changes might get interesting?  It's perhaps good that a vote still won't decide where a storm strikes.

Climate change will have winners and losers. It's the changing of the basic long term persistent structure of weather systems that is so costly and whether the damaging storms hit richly populated cities such as New York instead of elsewhere?

It occurs to me that the economic costs of EmF radiation such as contaminates our neighbourhood is not being properly costed by any means and certainly not by traditional market economics. 

This means that there is a 'social good' at large needing a financial support, local government taxes? 

Higher community property tax rates are needed to offset market failure?  

Where the federal government and market forces fail it is necessary for local communities to pick up the slack and do the funding.

Take a look at the additional costs of vacation for those sensitive to EMF pollution. 

When after a night's rain storm, you walk up with the mother of all headaches, don't blame nature, blame the additional EMF waves polluting your head space.
