MSG and enriched flour products now make me sick as an adult. Being gluten free is not a choice. The temptation is to indulge in this gluten stuff, but my health is not good enough. My advice is to stay away from binges but not to tell you how to ditch the obvious health reducer. You will get sick, probably...
