Hope you are coping with the cold!
Meanderings of a sleepless mind? I need sunshine! The rain in England is driving me bonkers! Below are musings while Anne visits the local market in Tiverton.
Explaining the difference between science, faith, and religion is not easy, but the article beow gives it a go in New Zealand. So frustrating, our world, what with the sun cooling?
A modern day conundrum emerges from the reality that even Einstein has been replaced by a 'God that throws dice!'
We don't even know whether three firms of volcano in Iceland might throw our earthly world into chaos within our life times. Such is the fragility of our ability to predict how forces operate in our times, be they a sliver of stability in a vast world of fragmentation and thermo dynamics.
Or, to be more exact the realisation that the principles of chaos rule from the very essence of the cosmos. There is a duality in reality that influences all events at all levels. At the macro level we explain this through the mathematics of chaos and the eigen values of imaginary numbers the confusing "i's" of complex numbers.
The non commutability of matrix mathematics lead us to quantum theory with wave based mathematics or matrix algebra showing us that the world as an identifiable and controllable entity does not add up? Cause and effect are only derived as a consequence, not a determinant of our reality.
Cause and effect are rarely dominant in living forms where chaos rules. There will never be a man that can be God because all men are doomed to their existence as subordinate forms. Jailed within a cosmos that cannot be resolved except in imagination, human kinds reality is indeterminate.
Yet, between all this is the monstrous chasm between the positive and negative forces that brought about our cosmos and challenges our faith in forces and worlds we cannot see.
Yes, there are other dimensions, but we don't yet know how to enter them. However, our dilemma may be that forces from other dimensions have entered our reality, our cosmos.
In our dream world we are always awake to cause and effect. It is our greatest dilution!
Heisenberg and Shroediner struggled with Einstein in trying to explain the world in terms of cause and effect, waves or particles, only to realise that reality stretched into a chasm of invisible forces that drove all the visible cosmos. Try to see it in its entirety and always fail. The unknowable remains unknowable, unseeable, untouchable.
Deep within reality are the sub-microscopic mechanisms that govern life and nature. They influence the very roots of matter to tell us that alongside matter is a world of non-material objects of which we glimpse only a fragment when we study light as neither wave nor quantum, but a crack in the cosmos a mismatch between the two realities of material and non material forms.
Don't have faith in this?
