There appears to have grown up a culture of deviance and denial on both sides of the rule setting and operating of the New York and London financial makets!

It takes two to tango and obviously the authorities and the banks were dancing like crazy!

Questions should be aked whether London or New York know how to even manage financial markets? Apparently, they don't!

Seem to have abounded in ignorance!
