Good Morning from the Royal Albert Hall and the Royal College of Art in London

Hi!

Not everyone knows about this quiet coffee shop overlooking the Royal Mews in London just south of Hyde Park and directly across the park from Lancaster Gate. It's where students of the Royal College hang out and where one can quietly draw or write without being disturbed hour and hour on end. It's especially useful when drizzling outside and you are walking with a knapsack on your back. Mexican students such as the one who served me can earn a few pounds while getting credits towards a hotel management degree. Of course, London is a city of expensive hotels that are booming with business and anticipating a growth spurt because of the Olympics in a few months time. These places are so unlike the London described in the tabloids that one almost forgets one is in a multi million people city, and the large park area is so convenient. Places with parks and trees are always best! OK, so I need to get down to writing my next book!

I try to develop themes, but variety often comes before depth. ... more!
