Give me a break! I just had an burping over-reaction to an apple ....

Hi!

I eat apples ever day, so why did the apple shown below react with my system to produce uncomfortable wind, etc. It's a great mystery what seemingly innocent food products contain. People can just dismiss negative reactions day after day avoiding what gives them discomfort. Fact is people need a better system to manage their daily lives when it comes to food that they are sold.
