Europeans Forget How to Compromise | RealClearWorld

Attitudes are hardening, which makes the date I predicted in 2006 for a major war footing conflagration beginning in 2024 seem all that more likely, but I certainly hope that I am wrong. My forecast was primarily based on the effects of climate change on agricultural production and inability of modern government's to restrain a growing gambling mentality in policy selection along with effects of inflation in land prices and its discontents. None of these issues are been dealt with adequately and apart from Obama most leaderships don't seem to have clue, while he himself is constrained by ignorance and opposition around him ... thwarting needed policy changes on the use of energy, the role of money supply growth and the artificial stock market valuation disjointed from real income growth, and the need to curb hedge funds ..
