Today, there was a press conference in Ottawa about Canadian federal Member of Parliament Terence Young's Private Member's Bill C-648, which was first read in Canadian parliament in December 2014. This is regarding radiation exposures from all wireless devices (not only radiation from cellphones) -- there are links below to two, different, 2-minute GlobalTV News videos of MP Young clearly stating scope and explanation. The title of Bill C-648 is: "An Act respecting the prevention of potential health risks from radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation."
[fyi, in one of the news videos (below), MP Young mentions wireless in schools]
There are two different, great, 2-minute videos of MP Young speaking at today's press conference, posted by GlobalTV News:

And there is a great 6-minute video which includes both MP Young and Mr. Clegg (former President of Microsoft Canada)
