China has such a huge population that the risks from natural forces unleashed with continued fossil fuel use get magnified in China. The huge population will be exposed to all these climate change risks.
We have in Russia and its former Stazi leader, an individual and state that breaks all norms of cooperative and civilized behaviour established in the post war period. Contrary to the expectation that if a nation receives help from the international community it cooperates with the international community. Russia recovered with help from the international community and now behaves like a rogue state trying to destroy benign institutions.
Russian press, as much as is remaining of it, refers to the international community as the West, as if the East were not part of it. People in Russia are denied competitive opinions in their press and journalists are silenced by FSB agents using modern operational psychological methods OPM developed in war time mode field experiments against those that can still think in Russia. Homophobia and racism has renewed support from Russian leadership that returns the world to an awful past that civilized peoples worldwide want to escape.
The fact that Russia has permitted advanced weaponry to communities of 'operatives' of Russia in countries that seek peace so that those operatives can create war and fear in otherwise peaceful communities proves that Russia is a terrorist state and harbours terrorist ambitions against the international community.
While Putin open its doors to accelerate global warming through increased exports of gas, it destroys the opportunity of intelligent communities to rid the world of fossil fuel use that threatens the Chinese and all populous nations in particular.
