Clearly, Putin has reached a point where his words are purely that, just a bunch of words without anything but a threat behind them whatever the phraseology. The intended meaning is always to scare people into thinking he is the guy in charge of Russia and he is the one to fear. He's correct. Russia under Putin is like a mad bull charging at anything within its range, that moves even slightly!

Vladimir Putin, get your feet off the table. Quit being a slob... Have more respect for your superiors.
