Bank of England Governor Mark Carney finds RBS allegations 'deeply troubling and extremely serious'.

RBS is a serious problem for the UK tax payer, a black hole of issues. It would seem the bank is a vulture of small business, a self serving bank monstrosity acting in a parasitic way towards small business. Does it beggar belief? Has anything changed in UK banking morality and governance. No....no....no....
