The Problem With Existing Russian Law is that it Breaks Laws

While Russia hides it's pollution, Greenpeace acts to show how natural laws are being broken. In the end Russia is potentially just a poor undeveloped and uncivilised wasteland of broken stuff and vodka.... Sort of reminds one of Texas and Canada, except for the vodka ... 

Russia, please release the poor bugger in the picture. He is only obeying his calling to save the planet and Russia, and Russia, and Russia, and Russia, and Russia. He is saving you from yourself.
