Renewable Energy - Which is better for small farms; wind or solar?

For the record? This happens in a world in which China has taken the lead in world manufacturing with European and North American concerns throwing in the towel?

Cheap labour with so many unemployed is only temporary phenomenon now, so will European firms step up to the plate? Is capitalism out of date?
