The OPEC countries could help by raising oil / fossil fuel prices to the point where solar energy is chosen as the premier energy source. That would ensure an Arab future presence whereas now it is likely Arabia will disappear into the annals of failed enterprises and gross waste of valuable resources. Oil should be prices very high and conserved in the ground for future generations.
The obvious sometimes takes longer to realise. Fossil fuels are stored solar energy capable of unleashing a greening of the planet and much higher water tables with much less land. Regaining use of the deserts and scorching sun is a must to offset the loss of really great land around the many world landscapes that enjoyed seaside or shoreline development. Significant loss of land and complete destruction of civilisations such as in the Caribbean, off Japan and India has happened before and can happen again.
"The idea that God supports Holy War is total rubbish! The only war God wants is the war against dominance of weaker minds by those who fabricate wars for unseemly ends. God is love and light and anyone, prophet or not, who says the contrary is a bold faced liar, totally insane, or totally on the wrong path. Any different message about the relationship between man and God is not going to bring about an afterlife or any form of eternal peace."
Take time to think what you can do to promote peace!

As put by Charles Darwin to Francis Galton: ' […] I have always maintained that, excepting fools, men did not differ much in intellect, only in zeal and hard work; I still think this an eminently important difference.'"
"Truth and reality, once told or experienced, is only a stranger before the first instance. One must learn to recognise one's ephemeral friends very soon. Some experience, sense and recognise both the truth and reality before it happens, while others never at all."
