America is a country

1. where interest on mortgages is subsidized even though banks did not require repayment of principal!

2. Where the oil industry is subsidized and people don't pay very much tax on gasoline!

3. where the communications industry is subsidized and wireless technology dominates because it can locate almost anywhere willy nilly without local controls when fiber optics would be 65,000 times better!

4. Where gun manufacture is subsidized to enable cheaper military procurement!

5. Where the car industry is subsidized because it forgot it was making cars instead of cheap loans to car buyers!

6. Where the banking industry is subsidized because banks would go bust as would most Americans if interest rates were at a decent rate of nominal income growth!

7. Where the stock market is subsidized because American quoted companies can't really pay their way if they did not dodge paying taxes to America!

8. Where the government is subsidized because American companies can't locate production in America and still stay in business!

Dear PEOPLE THIS IS evidence of another MONSTER DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN! Buying gold does not seem ludicrous?

Canadians please note that America has serious issues to work through and please advised to do almost the opposite of Americans and American policy makers in order to prosper over the long term, but be wary of American companies investing in Canada because they will disappear south or away to tax havens!

From a scratch comes a verbal sketch or image sketch of the issue or subject. Other sites have other stuff that should really be of interest to the broad reader. I try to develop themes, but variety often comes before depth. ... more!
