Gary Shilling On Manufacturing Renaissance - Business Insider

Manufacturing is not going to generate jobs, but services would. The construction industry would generate jobs, but it would be better if quality services were embodied within it and that it grewcat a pace that did not generate house price inflation expectations. More quality housing at a slower growth pace embodying more local resources and people doing high skilled contributions, in other words, we should upscale the quality of local services and design better materials and constructs. Put in more local value added by building better homes to last and last within better design communities!
