"I can't find your name?"
(I had the details in an email on my iPad)
"This terminal isn't working!"
"Let's try those computers over there!"
I would have taken this in my stride, but for:
..My hotel not having my reservation!
(I had details in an email on my iPad)
..My hotel making me wait for an hour before assigning me a room.
..My hotel assigning me a room up four flights of stairs.
..Finding the room assigned had not be vacated, yet I walked in on all that guests belongings?!
..Waiting for a reassignment of room.
..The London underground having a fire on the Green Line.
..Some idiot running on the underground track!
..Waiting for assignment of a train slot to arrive at Earls Court.
I give thanks for my iPad. My trip would have been much more costly without it. Why should I the customer have to provide anything other than my name?
The Book Fair this year is brilliant, especially graphic books (comics) but the other books that I would like to see are missing and that is quite a disappointment.
Don't moan I say....It's partially good!
