In Recessionary Times You Have to Bargain

It works both ways. During recessions, produces are eager to sell and they create bargains by reducing prices to increase the volume of their sales. Consumers need to help manufacturers more by being quite open about how much they can spend. They need to tell governments to cut taxes as well. Bargaining is the key. Don't offer to pay full price and do walk away if your offer is rejected. Then, when you buy both you and the seller win. You would not otherwise buy at the price they are after so bargain as ruthlessly as you can. Only that way will you know whether you are getting a good deal during a recession. Bargain tough!
