The worst destructive competition arises from American banks each pushing for financial domination of sectors and a game of exploiting consumers without any rules or rules tipped towards promoting the demise of America's middle economy, in other words, predatory banking!
People forget that China is like many large countries/economies each trying to express themselves and scarcely monolithic!
