It's a shame these firms are so footloose and play the location game. Perhaps, tax harmonization rules and a new international multilateral taxing agency for MNEs is needed as a compliment to the tax evasion issues they raise. It is time for a change in international tax rules, as in the case of money laundering.
If you water your best ideas, they might just decide to grow?
