Take a look at this video on YouTube where Paul Woolley at the London School of Economics outlines what failed approaches limit efficiency in the world financial investment markets. Working with Paul at the IMF in the mid-1980s whilst I was an international borrowing and investment officer was certainly interesting. Canada needs to buy into a new approach.
