It's not just the US Constitution that is being breached, but there appears to be a slide towards Fascism / Communism tactics. It's about time to eliminate this scourge of surveillance that allows people intent on fighting wars to fight them in the name of security, they create a strong sense of false security as the stimulate hatred and mistrust.
