Partnerships in trade and exchange help, but there needs to be thought and design efforts put into how to have higher per capita wealth, more affordable and better education, finer health and long term ease of security all at the same time. The emphasis needs to be put on higher per capita wealth through access to affordable education and good health in a world secure for everyone.
