Europe cannot afford Euro – MEP — RT

I can't agree with the views expressed in this article. It's so much easier having a common currency. Without the Euro, perhaps many people would be left so far behind. Now, if Russia decided to join Europe that would be a serious debate, and really not so far off base. Russia needs Europe and Europe needs Russia, a friendship and an increase in the volume of cheerful exchanges that are long overdue.
