Krugman is right with one proviso that the home property market is not stimulated in the process, which is why we have the current problem in the first place!

So what does this really mean?
Does he not now have permission to control or run BSkyB, or is the Committee just another pressure group suggesting that other actions be taken to ensure he is denied the opportunity?
Perhaps, it's interesting that although the Committee cannot yet pin criminal charges on the man, he is nevertheless somewhat blacklisted!
Lack of unanimity is puzzling! Does it mean that moral standards vary depending on political leaning?
